Experienced in the appraisal, repair and remodelling of buildings including historical, multi-storey, industrial, commercial and special structures. The firm uses a wide range of equipment tailored to investigation, measurement and materials sampling. It has been involved in investigations of many different eras of building construction. For example on concrete slab investigations, our expertise has been sought for assignments ranging from Victorian clinker slabs, early 1930's/40's precast, innovative partial pre-cast forms of the 1950's through to more recent problematic pre-cast systems such as reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC).
